Office Set-Up for the Surgical Implant Practice
CONTENT:
This 2-hour Course will in depth highlight the set-up of a dental office to perform implant placement. The following will be discussed: Implant system(s) and drill units; surgical instruments and disposables; pre-operative digital radiographic planning; sterile and clean operatory techniques; consent form; patient set-up; medications; surgical techniques: one-stage and two-stage; suture materials; post-op follow-up. General goals and a rationale for selecting case types will also be presented.
