gIDE will provide technical support and questions related only to the digital content it provides on the gIDEPod, for a period of one year from date of purchase.
If the digital content is somehow deleted, corrupted or unplayable, gIDE will for a fee offer complete replacement of the digital content (single user digital license) for a period of one year from date of purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- This ipod must not be auto-synced to your computer in itunes. Be sure to keep it in Manual sync mode.
- You cannot copy items off your ipod into itunes or auto synch your itunes to this ipod.
- If you change your itunes to auto sync with this ipod it will erase all gIDE content.
- If you do erase the content you will have to send the ipod back to gIDE for a fee to have the content replaced.
- Do not delete the movies out of the movies folder or you will no longer have those videos to watch.
- Do not delete the play lists or you will have to manually remake them.

Can I download gIDE DVDs to an ipod I already own?
ANSWER:
The DVDs are not available for download by individuals. You CAN add Video Downloads from the gIDE site and Expert Interview podcasts of gIDE faculty from iTunes and the iTunes store.

Will gIDE add new DVDs as they're released to the gIDEPod I'm buying now?
ANSWER:
This gIDEPod is designed with the specific content shown. For an addtional fee (plus shipping), gIDE can add more content to your gIDEPod as needed.
QUESTION:
How can I obtain CE credits for the DVD courses on the gIDEPod?
ANSWER:
